Stevo Simple Boy Accuses Harmonize of Stealing His Hit Song
Kenyan musician Stevo Simple Boy has publicly accused Tanzanian artist Harmonize of allegedly stealing his song, “Inauma Itabidi Uzoee.”
In a recent interview, Stevo revealed that he traveled to Tanzania with the intention of confronting Harmonize about the issue.
Stevo claimed that Harmonize sang one of his most viral songs without permission. During the interview, Stevo appeared with a fresh look, sporting a dyed goatee, a stark contrast to his previous ‘simplistic’ appearance.
When asked whether the confrontation could turn violent, Stevo stated he was ready for a fight if necessary. However, he also expressed willingness to resolve the matter peacefully if Harmonize approached him amicably.
“I have so many issues. One person I’m looking for is Harmonize. There is a time he sang my song ‘Inauma but Itabidi Uzoee.’ I’ve come here to his country for us to talk and work together. Reporter, deliver this message: ‘Stevo Simple Boy, Dragon of Africa, wants to meet him.’ If he comes in peace, there will be no problem between us. If he comes with hostility, then hostility it will be,” Stevo said.
