Prophet Peter K Arrested Amidst Sexual Assault Allegations
Prophet Peter K, leader of Christ Impact Church, has been apprehended. This occurred mere hours after law enforcement initiated a search for him, triggered by numerous troubling accusations.
For several weeks, Prophet Peter K faced heavy examination due to multiple claims that he made improper advances toward young men.
News reports indicate that one of the initial accusations originated from a man in his thirties, residing in Nakuru. This individual asserted that in May 2022, the preacher enticed him into his vehicle with alcoholic beverages.
After consuming the drink, the man lost awareness and later awoke experiencing intense pain, reportedly discovering that he was being assaulted by the preacher.
Despite his attempts to resist, the man stated that Prophet Peter K overpowered him.
This report spurred authorities to begin pursuing the preacher. However, it was only in recent weeks that further comparable allegations emerged, reigniting the investigation. More recently, Pastor Ben Gitau used TikTok Live to accuse Prophet Peter of similar misbehavior.
Pastor Ben claimed that Prophet Peter K made coercive advances and participated in inappropriate actions without permission.
The situation worsened on March 2, when an angry crowd attacked Prophet Peter K’s church in Ruiru.
The incensed mob vandalized the church structure in protest.
The controversy surrounding the preacher expanded as additional individuals presented more similar accusations.
