Mwangi Wa Iria Predicts William Ruto Landslide 2027 Polls Win with Over 70%

Former Murang’a governor Mwangi wa Iria has confidently forecast a sweeping victory for President William Ruto in the 2027 general elections.

According to Wa Iria, President Ruto is set to secure over 70% of the vote, despite the recent political upheavals surrounding the impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

Wa Iria downplayed the impact of Gachagua’s impeachment on Ruto’s re-election chances, particularly in Gachagua’s home region of Mt. Kenya. “We are halfway through Ruto’s term, and I have analysed the political landscape. He will be re-elected in 2027 with over 70% of the vote,” Wa Iria asserted. “You can write somewhere, and this is not just for show. The claims that Ruto will lose because of Gachagua’s impeachment are false. My calculations are clear and accurate.”

In his speech, Wa Iria urged Mt. Kenya residents to present their demands to President Ruto early, ahead of the 2027 polls, insisting that time is of the essence for the region to make their needs known. He encouraged the people to trust in his political foresight, which he claims is based on a detailed understanding of the current political dynamics and his relationship with the president.

“I have become a friend of Ruto, and I have been in the opposition. I always look at things from a very broad perspective,” he added.

Wa Iria went on to predict that the alliance between Ruto and opposition leader Raila Odinga would also bolster the president’s chances of victory, hinting at a massive voter turnout. “Last time it was a 50-50 split, but now the alliance between Raila and Ruto is a national one, which will yield 14 million votes,” Wa Iria explained. He confidently stated that Ruto would likely secure at least 10 million votes in the next election.

The former governor’s bold prediction reflects growing speculation about the political future of Kenya as alliances continue to shift ahead of the 2027 polls.
